Thai High Concentrations are an open-to-public processing factory. That means we can process your beans for your own personal consumption or further retail sales.

Please be advise that ALL of our chocolate is made with 3 ingredients. Cacao beans, cacao butter and a touch of sugar. That's it!

We DO NOT make dairy milk chocolate or white chocolates.
Services
We are a cacao and chocolate factory that is open to the public. We want Thai cacao farmers to taste their own produce! We can buy your pods or beans and retail them to the global chocolate community. And if that's not enough, you can become a chocolate maker too! We are here to educate and train you for your own bean-to-bar factory!

Three day bean-to-bar training.
A hands-on approach to craft chocolate making.
Thai High Concentrations offer our three-day, bean-to-bar craft chocolate making class. You will learn all the techniques from roasting dried beans to table-top tempering techniques. All the information is collated in an easy-to-read booklet. This includes the molecular make-up of the cacao beans.
Bean-to-bar, Artisan, Craft
What do they mean?
The bean-to-bar process means that the beans are completely processed in one company. Therefore, Thai High Concentrations purchases cacao pods or beans direct from the farmers. This enables Thai High Concentrations to ethically and fair, direct farm gate purchasing. We are eliminating the middle man to ensure the farmers receive full compensation for their produce.
In artisan craft chocolate making, the supply chain is transparent and traceable. Artisan chocolate process is a small batch approach, mainly with a limited stock. The workers are highly skilled incorporating specialty hands-on labour.
Craft refers to the manual labour incorporated within the processes. This is learned skill using your hands and brain simultaneously.
Feature Estates
Each single origin product has been grown on one Estate.
We press beans from each estate to make our own cacao butter. This maintains single origin integrity.
Chanthaburi Province
Nantiya Cacao
Nantiya Cacao is situated in the northwest of Chanthaburi province, Thailand. This province is situated upon the Loei Fold Belt which is known for igneous granitoid rocks
The cacao products from Nantiya Cacao boast bold chocolate flavours, enriched with brown sugar undertones and a hint of almond.
Kamphaeng Phet Province
Tippaya Cacao
Tippaya Cacao is situated on the Sukothai fault line amongst volcanic rock formations.

The cacao products from Tippaya Cacao boasts a smooth, mellow chocolate flavour with a refreshing ripe red berry overtones.
Loei Province
Sukkawattana Cacao
Sukkawattana Cacao is situated on the Loei Fold Belt which is know for igneous graintoid rocks.

The cacao products from Sukkawattana Cacao encapsulate a deep and rich chocolate flavour.
